I myself will be getting it for the Wii, because even though they say they put equal effort into making all of the versions the same, we all know the Wii version had extra effort put into it.

A PC program that allows you to play console games. In this case, you put the PS2 DVD in the PC and you can play it on the PC as if it were a PS2. It's not illegal as long as you buy the original game.

Just as a reminder, it's kind of been an unspoken rule that emulators and 'warez', so to speak, and the discussion of them is highly discouraged, even if it is legal under certain circumstances.
