Silent Hill: Broken Notes (SH2 movie adaptation!)

I somehow stumbled across this fan made movie adaptation for Silent Hill 2. It was made by spanish students from the Alicante university, and produced by an independent movie association called Fog-films. You can find english subtitles on their website.
I haven't seen the movie and I don't know if it's good or not. I only know it is very faithful to the game and it uses the original soundtrack.

Well, this is gonna be like my third promise or so in watching or reading something xD.

Promised to read a silent hill story (which I will...soon xD), promised to watch some video that I already forgot (T_T).

But I will bookmark this page and WILL WATCH >:D

I just finished watching the movie and have to say it was pretty good. If I had to say anything bad about it, it would be the acting started out average but then picked up as the movie went on, sometimes it was too dark for me to see, and the story felt a little scattered. I'm pretty sure though that many Silent Hill 2 fans will enjoy this.

If you guys are wondering how to get the English subtitles on you have to download the subtitles on the website and the movie at Vimeo or whatever. They'll be separate. Once you download both put them in the same folder. Then in the VLC go to files, open file, and open the movie file and on the second one open the subtitles file and adjust your settings. Then it should be good to go!

Took me like half an hour to figure this out so I hope I helped you spare some time.

btw if you're trying to learn spanish, watching this and reading the translation might help you learn a few words

Thanks for your opinion! I should really remember to watch it... Anyway, yes, I read that the acting was average, but the make up and scenery was pretty good. Glad I don't need subtitles
